(May 20, 2025) – System High Corporation, a Ridgeline company, announced today that Mr. Giancarlo Bacigalupo has joined the organization as the Senior Vice President of Finance and Accounting. In this role, Giancarlo will oversee the organization’s finance and accounting teams. His responsibilities will include financial planning and analysis, program finance, auditor, and investor reporting.
Giancarlo brings nearly 30 years of experience and specializes in financial management, strategic planning, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) integration. He is adept at assessing business needs, leading, and integrating critical projects in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Before joining System High, Giancarlo held senior financial and business operations roles at ManTech International and Northrop Grumman supporting complex and large-scale contracts as well as providing oversight of multi-disciplinary teams to ensure excellence in program delivery with scalable solutions. Giancarlo also brings experience as a portfolio leader with missions supporting various customers.
