Having had the unique experience of being part of an Air Force culture that brought out the best in people, Kirk sought to deliver a level of excellence and teamwork he found missing from his early consulting experiences with large government contractors. In establishing System High, Kirk brought together an experienced team of partners to help shape a vision and culture to attract the security industry’s best and brightest. 

In 2013 System High embarked on its next phase of growth with Kirk gaining sole control of the company and increasing its focus on delivering high-end secrecy solutions at a level that would propel the company to its current status as an industry leader. Kirk transitioned to the board of directors in 2019 to help guide the experienced leadership team led by Rob Howe, CEO, that is currently advancing System High to levels never before achieved. 

Kirk’s vision continues to burn brighter than ever, and System High continues to grow and achieve the most important thing to our teams, customers, and partners: trust.
