Postol has joined the organization as Executive Vice President of Strategic Growth. In this leadership role, Mr. Postol will be responsible for driving growth outcomes and overseeing business development, capture, and proposal operations while strengthening the organization’s pipeline discipline.
Mr. Postol brings nearly two decades of experience leading growth across government, federal civilian, and Intelligence Community markets. He has a proven track record of building disciplined growth teams, scaling mid-market companies, and leading the successful capture of large, complex opportunities.

Before joining System High, Mr. Postol was the Vice President of Strategic Growth and Capture Transformation at Red River. In this role he stood up and operationalized Red River’s Government Technology Services (GTS) business unit and owned the enterprise growth strategy, pipeline governance, and expanded the qualified pipeline.
Mr. Postol also had senior level growth and business development roles at Electrosoft, Foxhole Technology, Lockheed Martin, and SAIC. He is a retired United States Army Signal Chief Warrant Officer and played a key role in Army C4 modernization throughout his military career.
